First 9 holes
John Harris design
A splendid path that winds through the centuries-old trees of the eighteenth-century Villa Condulmer. Here are the first club house, now used as a bag room, the driving range and putting green. In this first part of the course, the particular configuration of hole 2 should be remembered, with a dog-leg next to the green and a monumental gate inserted in a portion of the ancient enclosure wall, which induces a particularly delicate approach to the green; and hole 7 where, a deep channel about ten meters wide, passes from touching the tee on the right to touching the green on the left, determining, with its looming presence, a psychological dependence of the player.
In May 2016 Bermuda Grass was seeded over the first 9 holes, ensuring unrivaled drainage.
Second 9 holes
Marco Croze design
The course designed by Marco Croze develops particularly in length and the designer wanted to make it insidious with the insertion of various obstacles that force the player to always pay close attention, as if to reiterate the delicacy of the first 9 holes. This feature makes the course particularly exciting despite the fact that it is mostly flat. The most difficult hole of the course is certainly the 17th, tricky due to the canal that runs alongside the fairway on the right and the lake that almost completely surrounds the green, flat and very punishing.
Bermuda Grass was sown along this route in the summer of 2015, guaranteeing an always impeccable turf.
